This application is a sleep assistance and analysis mobile application. By downloading, installing, and using this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept all the contents of this agreement.
This application provides you with the following services:
(1) Sleep monitoring and analysis;
(2) Personalized sleep recommendations;
(3) Intelligent alarm reminder function;
(4) Other sleep related services provided by our company.
You fully understand and agree that the services and content provided by Bestsleep are not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease. If you have medical, sleep, or heart disease, please consult your doctor before using services, participating in exercise programs, or changing your lifestyle. If you encounter a medical emergency, please stop using the service and consult medical professionals. We are not responsible for any health issues arising from lifestyle choices, exercise activities, consultations, products or events that you have learned about through our services. If you participate in any exercise activities learned through the service, you agree to bear the risk yourself, voluntarily participate in these activities, and have consulted your doctor before starting such activities.
Bestsleep respects its users and hopes that their users will respect Bestsleep and each other. You agree that you can only use the service in a manner that complies with the following acceptable usage policies.

You promise not to do any of the following: attempt to access or search for services, Bestsleep content, or crawl or download Bestsleep content from services, or otherwise use or upload content by using any engine, software, tool, agent Devices or mechanisms (including automated scripts, spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, etc.) other than software and/or search agents provided by Bestsleep or other general third parties for web browsers; Send any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising information, promotional materials, emails, spam emails, chain messages, or other forms of solicitation.
(1) This application shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses suffered by you during the use of this application, including but not limited to data loss, equipment damage, etc.
